HELPING BUYERS
It takes more than a "trained" real estate agent to
understand the needs and concerns of buyer
clients. It takes someone who has been there,
someone who's had the same concerns when home
shopping, someone who's experienced both the
client-side as well as the agent-side of the process.
Every year the technical and logistical aspects of
home-buying become increasingly complicated and critical to the success of a transaction. Between mortgage documentation requirements, legal issues, government legislation, and environmental laws, the home-buyer can be overwhelmed by a maze of overlapping issues. Some buyers can navigate this process on their own; many prefer the assistance of a professional. I'm here to assist buyers in greater Washington, DC metro area, and also in southern Maryland, where many DC-area residents look for second homes.
HOW I SERVE BUYERS
The services of real estate agents are similar when it comes to working with buyers. However, I receive high marks and recommendations from my past buyer clients because I take buyer real estate services to the next level. Look through my buyer services checklist and you’ll see why.
